Within the scope of our full services and building materials packages offerings clients have numerous options from which to choose.  These services essentially fall within the three following categories of items:

PLANNING & PHASE ONE

• Architectural Design

Project Planning Custom design of the planned structure.

For design we will supply the following items.

1. Floor plans.

2. A foundation plan.

3. Colorized exterior elevations.

4. A colorized exterior or interior perspective, or both.

5. Window and door schedules

6. Kitchen and bath cabinets and a cabinet schedule.

7. Option: An initial electric plan that shows room outlets to code, exterior lights at the outside of each exterior door, and switches as each exterior door and at each interior door location.

• Project Planning

This invariably involves:

1. Designing the structure to a targeted budget.

2. Site evaluation or site visit to assess visible site conditions such as planned road in, required services of water, power, septic or city sewer, site clearing or other.

3. Orientation of the structure on the building site. Factors most often involve display of the home character, daylight sun, weather patterns, road access and garage location (when present), future buildings, and other.

4. Selections for finishes such as foundation materials, interior wall finishes, finished flooring, appliances, bath and lighting fixtures, window types and brands, and many other areas of criteria that determine the character and qualities of every project.

WEATHER TIGHT SHELL MATERIALS PACKAGES

• Procurement & Supply Of Primary Shell Components Of The Building Structure

For client's who wish to purchase any of our premium quality shell materials packages, we offer a very complete package of shell components as a part of our full services approach. In the event that a customer already has a completed set of construction drawings we can also provide a quote for the shell materials package necessary for a weather tight shell. In addition to the super structure shell only, other options such as interior doors and trim, stair case components, interior wood siding, or other certain items can also be supplied.

INSTALLATIONS OPTIONS

• Procurement Or Supply Of A General Contractor.

For most projects in the continental USA, we can offer certain labor installation options. These include:

1. Installation of partial to complete weather tight super shell components.

2. General Contractor of up to any level of completion, including 100% turnkey completed.

3. On site consultant for as needed interface.

4. Follow up inspections on a term schedule such as annually or other.

5. On going technical support by phone, email, or text.
